Refund Policy

We've made it very easy for you to return products back. We generally accept returns only for books that are damaged upon arrival. We take great care in describing our products accurately on our product pages Hence, returns based on a change of mind are typically not accepted. However, we value your satisfaction, so if you have a valid reason for returning a product, please contact our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order. Customers must provide clear video or photographic evidence of the damaged package or book while unboxing.

If you placed an order by mistake or you'd like to cancel your order for some other reason, we'd be happy to assist you with that. Just reach out to our customer support team to cancel your order and get a full refund. Note that typically we allow cancellations before we have dispatched your shipment. However, if you'd still like to cancel the order after your items have been dispatched, just reject the delivery so that the book comes back to us. Once we have it, we'll cancel and refund your order. Note that we might have to deduct a small shipping fee in order to compensate us for the cost of shipping the product to you.

If you'd like to replace your product with something else, just reach out to our customer support team. We'll be happy to accept one replacement free of charge. Just tell us which product you'd like to replace and what you'd like in place of that product. We'll process your request within 24-48 hours. After we've received your product in original condition, we'll dispatch the replacement product immediately free of charge. Note that for any subsequent replacements, you'd have to help us with a small shipping fee but we'll still be happy to replace the products for you.

Refunds will be processed after we have received your shipment back in its original condition. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed either as store credit or by reversing the charge to the original method of payment. Shipping Costs: While we do not charge a restocking fee, minor deductions for shipping costs may apply for returns. Return Shipping: The book must be returned in good condition for the refund to be processed.
